What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks Play a critical role in defining our creative direction and strategy: conceiving and executing campaigns, producing creative assets, and developing ideas for how our brands' value propositions and positioning come to life. Support the Head of Global Brand & Creative (ECD) to fully realize industry-shaping creative that will live in long-form film, digital, editorial, and social content. Position our brands to be distinct and meaningful in the minds of customers. Develop omnichannel creative strategy and execution. Partner across the company to develop a deep understanding of our brands' needs to leverage insights that solve strategic problems. Deep craft experience in your creative field with the ability to develop strategic thinking and creative concepts that result in compelling campaigns. A finely tuned aesthetic vision and high design sensibility evidenced across your photography, film, editorial, and integrated creative projects. What you need to succeed: 8 years of senior creative brand strategy experience in agency or in-house creative studios; experience with global cultural impact brands. Highly experienced in all aspects of branded content storytelling rather than pure advertising. Ability to creative direct all work, ensuring best-in-class work is delivered on time and within budget. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations that articulate ideas compellingly. Proven record of working successfully with cross-functional groups in fast-paced environments. Fluent in the latest trends and innovations across major social platforms. Have a strategic and creative approach to problem-solving. Have an inquisitive and proactive mindset that seeks out opportunities. Love what you do and be a good, fun person to work with.
