About the role The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how brands can connect with audiences in meaningful ways and be familiar with leading and collaborating as part of the creative design process — being able to guide both companies and collaborators through projects. As a brand and communications team, it's our aim to explore and implement new modes of interaction that evoke meaningful and inclusive connections between human beings and their technological surroundings. Combining strategy, storytelling and technology, we create bespoke and resilient digital scenarios that help brands to transmit their identity, ideas and stories in ways that create meaningful connections with their audiences. As a strategist, you will play an integral part in defining, framing and writing insight-driven strategies to drive strong creative solutions across numerous projects and pitches. You will use strategic and research methods to guide companies through moments of transformation, helping them create a shared language around new complexities, while making sure they stay true to their core values. The strategic work will be divided into roughly three parts Scope, plan, design, and lead strategic phases for our brand and communications work — from conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops, to building brand strategies and frameworks. Work alongside brand designers, art directors and copywriters to ideate and build creative concepts across a wide range of outputs (brand strategies, brand identities, films, digital scenarios, communication strategies and more)
