Working with the Creative Team, you will be responsible for the creative and performance side to understand how to integrate marketing objectives into a creative proposal. Responsibilities Pitching creative concepts across multiple platforms;Briefing creative team (Producers, copywriters, graphic designers and Video Editors) and managing workflow of creative production from beginning to end;Understanding of key performance drivers (retention, CTR, etc.) to create high-impact, data-driven variations;Working creatively and analytically in a fast growing business;Feedbacking the team;Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget;Collaborate in market research projects.Requirements: Previous experience with digital media campaigns;Experience with Facebook Ads Manager;Experience creating social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube;Understanding of key social media trends;Understanding of key social media performance metrics;Managing and dealing with external suppliers;Strong attention to detail;Experience in organizing work efforts across teams;Ability to work cross-culturally;Ability to work in a virtual work environment.
