As one of the key players in the creative team, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision and direction for the marketing art assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience across creative ideation, analysis, planning and project management, demonstrating an excellent understanding of the creative side of mobile game marketing. You will work with multiple games from internal and partner studios, collaborating with multiple teams with the ultimate goal of producing amazing creatives that will propel our UA campaigns to the next level.What you will do:Lead creative vision, strategy and creative directions per game/app, challenge marketing guidelines, prioritization and standards of execution on a weekly basisManage the production of eye-catching UA and ASO creatives.Develop and execute creative user acquisition (UA) strategies across various platforms, channels and countries.Analyze creative performance, identify trends, gather insights that will be used to optimize campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.Inspire a cross-functional team of designers, video producers, developers and creative leads to produce the best performing ad assets.Drive A/B testing and implement creative tests to optimize performance.Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards of quality.What you will bring:Strong creative thinking and analytical decision-making skills, paired with the passion and deep understanding of mobile games.4+ years of experience in creative production, user acquisition, or marketing for mobile games.Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in data analysis tools, UA dashboards and familiarity with project management software.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming industry.Experience with mobile game marketing, including knowledge of key KPIs like IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, and ROAS
