You will work directly with the Creative Director to bring ideas to life, managing the conceptualization, planning, and production of innovative campaigns that amplify our brand. If you thrive on storytelling, logistics, and collaboration, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize fresh, engaging campaign ideas that captivate and inspire our target audience. Production Oversight: Lead the coordination and execution of monthly photoshoots and video productions, managing all logistical and operational aspects to ensure flawless delivery. Talent & Team Selection: Source and manage relationships with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other creative professionals, tailoring teams to the unique needs of each project. Project Management: Develop detailed timelines and schedules for each production, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Budget Optimization: Oversee and manage production budgets, balancing cost-efficiency with top-tier quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between marketing, design, and digital teams to align creative output with brand objectives and campaign goals. Creative Quality Control: Ensure all final outputs align with Honest Greens' brand identity, values, and aesthetic standards. Innovation & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative approaches into the production process. What You Need to Be Successful: 3+ years of experience in audiovisual production, creative marketing, or a related role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in lifestyle, food, or retail sectors is highly desirable. A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing outstanding creative work. Fluency in both Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Strong communication skills to manage internal teams and external collaborators.
