Job Description As a Creative Manager (Performance Marketing), you will be the driving force behind our top Performance Marketing creatives, and work with a range of stakeholders to deliver best-in-class creative ads. Reporting to the Head of Performance Creative, you'll play a key role in our newly-formed team, powering performance marketing across all markets. You'll be the go-to partner for the Performance Marketing team, working closely with creative agencies, the Brand team, Compliance, and other stakeholders to bring fresh, high-performing ideas to life. Your work will fuel the success of our marketing efforts from concept to execution. What you will do Project Management: Be the main contact between the performance marketing team and key stakeholders to lead on creative projects, ensuring the successful delivery of creative assets across all performance marketing channels. Manage project prioritisation based on commercial impact, channel plans and resource availability. Coordinate with creative agencies and partners, graphic designers, producers, video editors, and content creators to ensure the delivery of high-quality performance-driven ads. Review creative assets to ensure they meet the brief requirements, comply with regulations and adhere to channel best practices. Strategy & Planning: Develop and oversee the planning of creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching Marketing strategy, business goals and specific channel requirements. Develop clear creative briefs based on performance indicators, brand guidelines and channel best practices. Support the creation of scripts, storyboards, brainstorming and innovative concepts for new ad creation. Present creative concepts and performance insights to internal teams and stakeholders, driving alignment and buy-in. Conduct creative research on competitors and industry trends to inform creative strategies. Identify new creative opportunities and innovative approaches to improve campaign outcomes. Creative Analysis and Optimisation: Monitor creative ad performance and apply creative insights to improve future campaigns. Plan, coordinate, and execute DCO campaigns and A/B testing strategies to optimise ad creative performance across multiple digital channels. Stay abreast of the latest trends in the industry and implement new technologies, automations and advanced design tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies and creative output.
