Scopely is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Creative Lead to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. You will primarily work on MONOPOLY GO!, one of the top mobile games on the market, and may also support other IPs in our extensive portfolio as needed.Responsibilities:Lead a passionate multidisciplinary team to create impactful and disruptive creatives that stand out in the industry.Maintain the team's creative spirit, empowering each member for continuous professional development in a collaborative environment that closely aligns with the brand's growth.Organize the creative team in collaboration with Project Managers and the rest of the Leads to define workflows for each creative project.Be the primary guide for establishing creative processes within your team and in collaboration with the other departments.Work closely with other Creative Leads and support each other on major projects.Develop creative narratives together with your team, based on innovative brainstorms and benchmarks that you will lead.Have a deep understanding of the brand to ensure its correct use.Uphold high standards in creatives, adapting them to the needs of the game and marketing department, providing feedback and guidance as needed.Work with vendors to provide brand guidelines and create specific creative briefs for each case.Oversee the performance of creatives once published on different social media platforms or on user acquisition channels, applying learnings to future creatives.Serve as a creative link between the brand and community teams, collaborating closely to implement the marketing strategy.What you will need:Previous experience of at least 3 years as a creative lead or art director with demonstrated skills in leading multidisciplinary creative teams.Ability to maintain and foster an inspiring and collaborative creative environment.Strong organizational skills to coordinate and define effective workflow processes.Experience working with brands and understanding how to translate their core values into your creatives.Experience in developing creative narratives through brainstorming sessions and benchmark analysis.Experience in content for social media and user acquisition.Analytical skills to evaluate and adapt creatives based on performance metrics and the needs of the game and marketing.
