About the role
As a Creative Lead, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, platform-specific campaigns that resonate with target audiences, collaborating closely with the design and performance teams to bring creative ideas to life, and analyzing metrics across channels to continually refine strategies for maximum impact.
Working with the Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity, overseeing the development and execution of seQura's brand guidelines, ensuring visual and voice consistency across all departments and external communications.

What challenges you'll be solving
Participate and add value in marketing strategies, brand identity, and strategic positioning.
You will ensure that communication is consistent, adhering to the brand's values, tone, and personality.
You will work with the performance team to create campaigns that reflect the interests of both B2B and B2C consumers, across the funnel, from top to bottom.
You will help define the KPIs for campaigns and work alongside the marketing team to monitor and optimize content as needed, ensuring a continuous improvement process.
You will be responsible for monitoring competitors and trends to maintain relevant and innovative creativity.
You will gather consumer insights that help create relevant communication.

Creative Development & Storytelling
Lead end-to-end creative processes, including research, strategy, briefing, concept development, and writing to ensure consistent daily delivery.
Craft compelling, culturally relevant storytelling concepts that drive key performance metrics while maintaining high creative standards.
Collaborate with design to produce optimized assets tailored for each channel.
Bring fresh, innovative ideas, angles, and concepts to the table, consistently driving creative momentum for seQura and our merchants.
