As the Creative Design Lead in the Creative Design Team, you will be in charge of:Strategy (in collaboration with the Creative Strategy Director):Understand our business goals and our target audience in order to strategize innovative solutions that elevate our brand.Create a compelling roadmap that inspires the team and aligns with our business direction.Perform data analysis to understand trends and identify critical improvement points, using information from monitoring and other metrics (NPS, CSAT, First Contact Resolution, etc.).Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to help influence creative strategies.Creative Development For Graphic Design Lead:Lead the conceptualisation and execution of innovative visual marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand while pushing creative boundaries.Oversee the creation of high-quality graphic design deliverables, conduct thorough reviews, and provide actionable feedback to elevate design standards.Ensure consistency and cohesion across all platforms by upholding and evolving a comprehensive design system.Offer hands-on support for design tasks and assist the team in project delivery when needed, especially during high-demand periods.Data Analysis:Leverage insights to enhance creative performance and inform design decisions.Monitor design performance metrics, using this information to guide future decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of our design strategies.Utilise research and data-driven decision-making to create intuitive designs.Team Management:Ensure team balance design with the overall marketing and company objectives.Ensure the team reaches all OKR's and strives for Quality and Performance.Ensure team acts as custodian of the brand and works within the guidelines.Provide guidance and support to team members
