About the role
As our company expands, we understand the importance of updating our visual identity to truly showcase our brand's potential. We are searching for a skilled and forward-thinking Creative/Art Director to join our team and spearhead the evolution of our creative image.

Responsibilities

Evolve and refine our current brand identity and bring new energy to our marketing collateral and digital assets.
Partner with Head of Product Design to add finish and feel to our website.
Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications including website, products, videos, brochures, swag, event booths, digital ads, and social media.
Engage and get buy-in from our UX/UI product team to roll out the refreshed guidelines.
Get everyone in the company excited and proud of our brand.
Serve as a brand ambassador to the organization, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with our product design team to refresh our website and improve engagement and competitiveness.
Lead the creative vision for all company design projects, including website, digital assets, advertising, videos, print collateral, and marketing materials.
Always be designing, iterating, and improving.
Stay up to date on branding trends and competitor activities to keep our designs fresh and relevant.
Manage a team of freelance designers to deliver on various brand assets; guide them in producing consistently high-quality work.
Work closely with the content and product marketing teams to build layouts and visuals that aid and amplify our messaging and value prop.
Qualifications
10+ years of design experience.
Experience in building B2B brands.
Agency experience is a plus.
