We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the visual identity of Honest Greens across our rapidly expanding European business. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative, developing innovative campaigns, and inspiring a team of creatives to deliver exceptional work that resonates with our Gen Z and Millennial audience.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will oversee all creative aspects of our brand, from campaign strategy to in-store visual design, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints.
In this role you will:
Develop and execute the creative vision for Honest Greens, ensuring alignment with our brand values, business objectives, and target audience preferences.
Lead the creative team in conceptualizing and delivering 360° campaigns, from initial brief to final execution, across digital, social, and physical channels.
Collaborate closely with the founders to develop creative strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring top-quality output that elevates our brand positioning.
Drive innovation in our creative approach, constantly exploring new trends, technologies, and channels to keep Honest Greens at the forefront of creative excellence.
Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative solutions meet business objectives and operational feasibility.
Implement processes and tools to enhance creative workflow efficiency and output quality.
Be an ambassador for the company both internally and externally.
Proactively identify and address creative challenges and opportunities, presenting solutions to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
8+ years of creative leadership experience, with a proven track record in developing award-winning campaigns for lifestyle, food, or health-focused brands.
Demonstrated success in leading creative teams in fast-paced, high-growth international environments, preferably with experience in both agency and in-house settings.
Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences, with a finger on the pulse of current cultural trends and digital platforms.
Exceptional portfolio showcasing versatility across various media, including digital, social, print, and environmental design.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts.
Expertise in art direction, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in overseeing video production and editing processes.
Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines for a growing, multi-market brand.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop creative talent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate creative vision to diverse stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
