JOB DESCRIPTION : The Streetsense Europe Team seeks a Creative Director to oversee a talented team of designers and strategists, focused on real estate and hospitality branding and marketing.
The ideal candidate will participate in honing business development pitches, crafting thoughtful proposals, and catalyzing compelling creative solutions for a range of enterprise clients.
This role will report to Maki Kawaguchi, Managing Director at Streetsense Europe.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES : Lead design quality, standards, and innovation within the Streetsense Europe team.Interface with Streetsense US design leaders to ensure consistency across creative outputs.Lead and mentor team members, and spearhead professional development initiatives.Actively participate in new business pitch and proposal processes to elucidate client goals, determine team resourcing, and promote Streetsense's approach ahead of the competition.Build and nurture existing and prospective client relationships, serving as an advocate and ambassador for Streetsense in Europe.Author and execute overall creative direction for projects while reinforcing the company's position as an innovator with a strategy-first approach.Advocate for Streetsense business and creative objectives within CBRE.JOB REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or similar preferred10+ years of creative agency experience; 5+ years of team management experienceStrong, dynamic portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility especially in the real estate and hospitality sectorsAbility to multi-task and work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and accountsHighly collaborative ethosOutstanding written and presentation skills with a desire to be client-facingFluent both in written and spoken Spanish and English; other languages are a plusProficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to successfully manage multiple projects without missing deadlines or detailsPlease attach your portfolio to the application.
