From Marlex Human Capital, we are collaborating with an expert marketing agency that works nationally and internationally, based in Barcelona, which is currently looking for a Creative Director specialized in branding.What will be your mission in the company?Conceptualize and co-create ideas for Corporate Identity, Branding and Packaging projects.Design and build concept visualizations and mood boards - you must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.Work with a multi-disciplinary team to help define and execute highly creative concept direction and meet clients' business needs.Assuming the creative direction of the assigned projects: contributing to the creative briefing, devising concepts, brainstorming and launching ideas.Promote, develop and deliver presentations and, when necessary, organize meetings and influence their results.The selected profile is offered:Being part of a prestigious reference agency in its sector.Good working environment.Competitive salary with the option of flexible compensation.Diversity and multicultural environment, regarding employees, local authorities and other actors.Minimum Requirements:You have studies related to design and innovation, creative direction, graphic design or fine arts.You have demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in brand design (corporate identity and packaging for consumer products).You have worked in at least one European or American agency specializing in Brand Design.You have advanced command of Spanish and English.You are a person with strong leadership and people management and guidance skills.You have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups at all levels.
