We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist with a strong education background to join our Barcelona-based team and support our marketing initiatives in the US market.
Key Responsibilities: Design for Print & Digital Create engaging and visually compelling designs for both print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
Partner with the Copy Editor to design visuals that effectively enhance messaging across campaigns.
Collaboration with Leadership & Teams Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Product, Marketing Project Manager, Copy Editor, and teams in Sales, Professional Development, EdTech, and Adoptions to develop creative concepts tailored to their specific goals.
Ensure all visual materials adhere to branding guidelines and align with the needs of various departments.
Brand Consistency & Production Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, adapting designs for diverse platforms and departmental needs.
Coordinate with external vendors for print production, overseeing processes to ensure high-quality output.
Project Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities across Marketing, Sales, Professional Development, EdTech, and Adoptions teams.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.
Experience: 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
Experience designing for both print and digital platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with print production processes and working with external vendors.
