Job Description:Be a member of Fail Fast team, a Digital Experience Studio based in Barcelona. Many decide for us to participate in projects for large clients. Organized in multidisciplinary squads, with spaces of co-creation, presence in international conferences and, the craziest ones, getting together after hours for what we want to change the world.We are looking for an English creative copywriter with proven experience creating concepts, developing creative copies and managing creative campaigns. If you believe in big challenges, fast prototyping and design doing, you should join us.What you'll do:Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.Collaborate closely with the creative director to get Big Ideas.Creation of tone of voice and mood boards.Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients' needs as well as our own.Manage creative campaigns liaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issues.Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team and between the creative team and individual clients.What we expect from you:Experience as a copywriter or in a similar creative role.Ability to work autonomously on projects and effectively communicate about progress or obstacles.Strong budget management capabilities.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills in order to make outstanding pitches.Fluency in English.What do we offer?Hybrid work model, depending on the project in which you participate.Conciliation with flexible hours and intensive working hours every Friday of the year and the months of July and August.We offer training resources such as certifications, online English and Catalan classes or platforms such as Udemy for Business and Goodhabitz.Flexible Compensation Plan: Transport ticket, restaurant and day care, medical, dental and life insurance.Commitment to diversity and equal opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
