We are looking for a Creative Content & Events Manager within the Global Corporate Communications Department.
Reporting to Content & Events Director, as a key member of our team, you'll oversee and manage content agencies and other external content creators and events agencies globally.
Coordinate corporate events communications and production needs and contribute to create creative content plans aligned with company's main narratives.
What your responsibilities will be Contribute to/define content plan proposals to support communications needs and company's main narratives.
Conceptualize creative proposals and shape and refine it in partnership with internal or external partners.
Coordinate corporate events communications and production needs.
Oversight and manage content agencies and other external content creators and events agencies globally.
Lead or consult on multiplatform content projects working and partnering with internal stakeholders.
Develop Grifols' audiovisual content style guidelines, manage content library, and contribute to feed and update video/images platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual Media, Journalism or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (creative content and events), ideally within corporate communications and/or the healthcare/pharma sectors.
Proficient or C1 in English.
Experience creating compelling, well-structured narratives and innovative creative work.
Exceptional communication abilities.
High level of influencing and negotiating effectively and efficiently with a high degree of collaboration.
A standout project manager with an eye for detail and deadlines.
Focused on results.
Ability to be creative and curious.
Professional and team-oriented.

Flexible schedule : Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
Contract of Employment : Permanent position.
Flexibility for U Program : 1 day remote working a week.
