Creative Automation Content Maker Specialist ID 4247 Job Description We are looking for a Creative Automation Content Maker Specialist with a high level of English to join our team in Madrid.
What you'll do: Apply creative thinking to design automation templates which accelerate campaign deployments to drive our client business goals and in line with our corporate technology/innovation strategy.
Enable customers in building long-term automation programs that drive organization-wide impact and change.
Help define complex automation processes that drive adoption and align to customers' business needs and strategic goals.
Communicate issues, ensure resolution, and define continuous developments and improvements, collaborating with Operation, Digital and Post production teams.
Identify opportunities and potential new use cases for additional Automation and AI solutions, collaborating with different stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest conversational AI & automation trends and best practices.
Develop and mature our teams' processes, assets, and methodologies in an agile manner to continually iterate and maintain best in class delivery.
What you'll bring to the team: Experience in leading digital transformation and/or responsibility for driving organizational strategy and business.
Experience with automation platforms for content creation such as DCO platforms, creative automation tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, entrepreneurial team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills Required: Creative agency background, +5 years experience in video editing and digital design.
+2 years experience in Content Automation.
Driven and results oriented.
Ability to learn new technology and new products.
Communication skills (Able to clearly present information; read and interpret complex information).
Attention to detail.
Fluent English (C1) is a must and French will be desirable.
