What you'll do: The Creative Artworker will be responsible for the design application and production of marketing campaigns and retailer communications for global brands, from straightforward design to artwork origination and amendments, plus adaptation and versioning of existing signed-off designs.
The Creative Artworker will manage a range of production projects, which includes the following tasks:
Create, prepare and edit print-ready artwork files across a range of media including POS (all types of advertising displays), general print assets (brochures, flyers, etc.), digital assets (static + animated), and social media assets.Ensure the integrity of the original concept and brief.Understand and work within brand and corporate guidelines.Understand the company's quality control process and systems, employing a methodical approach.Produce retouching of images and photography to a good level.Complete all personal administration, including timesheets, accurately and promptly.Provide the business with best value by estimating and managing time accurately, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.What you'll bring: Experience working as a design and production focused artworker, within an agency or client environment.Creative design background (desirable).Fluent in either Spanish or French (as well as English).Extensive experience in applying a design concept in conjunction with brand guidelines across a range of different media and formats with automated artwork production and templates.Knowledge of print principles (print-ready files, die-cuts, colour and ink management, pre-flight and proofing).Experience using data merge with InDesign as well as stylesheets.Experience using Photoshop and Illustrator.The softer skills that we believe will help you thrive in this role: Passionately collaborative – can work as part of many and varied teams.Exceptional attention to detail.Able to troubleshoot and resolve problems (a solution-oriented mindset).Strong communication skills.Service-driven mindset.Excellent organisation and time management skills.Role Requirements: This role can be based on a hybrid basis, with travel to our Madrid office 2-3 days per week.
