Purpose of the Role:

You will be helping clients develop their first PPC campaigns, influencing their business growth and marketing strategy. This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you will be responsible for client onboarding, optimizing ad campaigns, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities: Consultative Approach: Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, guiding them through the process of developing and managing their PPC campaigns.Client Onboarding: Assist new clients in setting up their first campaigns, ensuring a smooth and effective launch.Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance, focusing on increasing spend, upselling, and sustaining campaign success.High-Volume Outreach: Manage a high volume of client interactions through phone calls, providing top-tier customer service while meeting productivity and sales targets.Collaboration & Teamwork: Work alongside a team of campaign specialists in a fast-paced and evolving environment, contributing to both individual and team goals. Preferred Skills and Experience: Educational Background: A BA/BS degree (or equivalent) is preferred, with an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications as a plus.Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.Sales & Advertising Knowledge: Strong desire to meet targets related to productivity, customer satisfaction, and campaign success.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to pitch compelling proposals and manage client relationships.Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.Time Management: Ability to organize and manage your day effectively to meet deadlines and targets.Client-Focused: Passion for customer interaction and ownership of business goals.Language Proficiency: Native level of Swedish and high proficiency in English (written and spoken).
