Company from the Oil & Gas industry is looking for a Crane Mechanic Supervisor- Ambriz AngolaInstructs, directs, and supervises the activities of inspection, troubleshooting, repair and overall of mobile, crawler, tower and overhead cranes, such as Liebherr, Manitowoc, Kobelco, Locatelli, Terex, Grove, etc.Roles & Responsibilities:Instructs, directs, and supervises maintenance, repair and overall activities of multi-brand lifting equipment.Excellent troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling skills in multi-brand lifting equipment.Diagnose problems by inspecting the lifting equipment.Good knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.Basic knowledge of electrical systems.Estimate the cost of repairs, order parts, and track crane maintenance by writing technical reports.Provides servicing and repairing report.Read and understand operating manuals, and technical drawings.Liaise with crane manufacturers on problems in order to achieve efficient repair.Meet all company safety standards.Requirements:Knowledge Skills & ExperienceEducated university mechanical degree level or equivalent.A good understanding of property maintenance, methodologies, and processes.A good communicator, with a track record of well-organized methodical work patterns.Able to work autonomously and react quickly in high-pressure situations.CompetenciesSelf-starter with the personal drive and motivation to proactively identify issues, progress activities and deliver solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to give clear and precise instructions to third parties.Excellent English written and verbal communication at all levels is vital to this role.Strong, rational thinking with a challenging, questioning mind that can view issues as a whole as well as drill down into the final detail.Ability to work as a team member to deliver objectives on time against tight time pressures.Language:English professional level (additional languages are a plus)#J-18808-Ljbffr
