Description: We are looking for Scrum Masters to coach and enable our Engineering teams to work efficiently and quickly together.
You will collaborate with cross-functioning, highly skilled engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.
Key Requirements:As a servant leader, promote the adoption of an agile mindset through teaching, mentoring, and coaching.Be responsible for ensuring overall productivity within the team.Assist in project planning, oversee the development, and provide overall support of the team throughout the product's software development lifecycle.Experience of 3 years as a Scrum Master.Experience working with agile methodologies.Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.Fluent in English.What We Offer:Remote work.Permanent full-time contract with a competitive salary.Flexible working hours.The experience of being part of a great international team.Training budget (certification, conference attendance).
