Role & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business needs and objectives.Participate in the maintenance and development of the internal Infrastructure.Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.Help to improve the steady data processes/pipeline within our ETL.Lead and design analytical reports, dashboards and visualization for use throughout the business.Handle large data requests and efficiently utilize cloud resources for data requests.Process and analyze large datasets to evaluate them at different levels.Monitor analytics to detect unexpected patterns and potential miss behaviors.Interact with colleagues across different departments in the organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related field.+5 years' experience of data systems, data analysis, tools and processes.Expert in Data Mining, Warehousing, Processing & Reporting.Experience with one or more major data visualization tools (PowerBI, Qlik).Expert building complex ETLs/data pipelines (SQL).Experience with cloud services in Azure, Google or AWS.Knowledge of R, Python.Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, customer feedback), industry experience is a plus.Self-driven to achieve results - taking the lead on initiatives with a can-do attitude.Outstanding ability to utilize data and insight to "story-tell" in a compelling manner to drive strategy.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.Experience in working in an agile team.Attention to detail.Critical and analytical thinking and problem solving.
