As Expert Construction Planning you:Are responsible for controlling the project's time schedule for the construction of PV and wind power plants in Europe.Develop project schedules, listing the entire schedule of activities and detailing their sequence of implementation, in coordination with Project Managers.Track, analyze, and control the progress of all construction activities with the support of local Site Managers.Evaluate delay risks and propose contingency plans and mitigation strategies.Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the construction performance of the projects.Minimum Requirements:Successfully completed your studies in the field of Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the renewables industry.Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Prima Vera, with a proven ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.Exhibit strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.Have a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.Business fluent in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Our workplace:In Madrid, our office is in Torre Europe near Santiago Bernabeu Station, which you can easily reach by metro line 10.
