You will be based in Madrid or Barcelona as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey. You will typically work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to ensure our clients have the best experience possible. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for a range of tasks related to ensuring that customers have the best experience in their digital transformation journey. Analyze business processes in great detail and identify the most appropriate solution(s) and functionality(ies) to implement. Lead the workflows of the CPQ team to ensure the success of the implementation project by meeting the defined standards. Provide proposals and solutions in a proactive manner, anticipating risks and involving stakeholders in decision making. Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and technology consulting projects 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementation projects Conceptual knowledge of cloud technologies and other CRM's; expertise gathering requirements Knowledge of project methodologies Customer-oriented Result-oriented and proactive in your work Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish CPQ Salesforce Certified and Sales Cloud Certified and Service Cloud Certified #J-18808-Ljbffr
