Responsibilities: Deliver OneStream solutions through full cycle - requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support.
Assist with pre-sales meetings with prospective clients, including supporting client demos and proof-of-concept projects.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences.
Adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time.
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity.
Embrace the Spaulding Ridge culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social/networking activities.
Minimum Requirements: 4+ years' experience consulting for software implementations in CPM/EPM.
Ability to understand, analyze, and articulate common business processes and decisions to develop custom solutions.
University degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
Outstanding financial data modeling skills.
Experience in CPM/EPM Solutions with preferred technologies: Oracle EPM, Hyperion (Planning or HFM), or SAP BPC.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
