What you'll do
This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in Quality Assurance. Come and be part of a dynamic, global, multi-disciplinary team, responsible for the continued execution and development of AstraZeneca R&D;'s supplier qualification activities. Working as QA Manager Operational Due Diligence (ODD) you can be based in Gothenburg, Barcelona or Warsaw. You will be working with the QA Supplier qualification programme lead, QA colleagues and the wider AZ R&D; organisation.
Your role will involve assessing the suppliers AZ work with to ensure their quality systems are able to meet AZ expectations for the effective and compliant delivery of GCP studies. Liaising with AZ stakeholders to establish their needs, you will perform GCP assessments of supplier's quality management systems either remotely or via onsite audits. You aim to identify and quantify any potential gaps and risks and be expected to advise and assess suitable mitigations to address these. No prior QA experiences necessary!
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Degree level education or equivalent experienceExperience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry especially the GCP areaExcellent analytical, written and oral communications skillsHigh ethical standards, honest, operating with absolute discretionStrong collaborative, influencing and interpersonal skills - curious to understand business environmentSkilled at managing & using technologyFluent in written and spoken EnglishDesired requirements Audit understandingSupplier qualification or management knowledgeWhy AstraZeneca
