About the Role The Courier Operations Representative (COR) will play a crucial role in expanding Uber Eats courier network by identifying and acquiring new couriers in strategically targeted cities.
This role involves a hands-on approach, requiring travel to various cities for in-person engagement.
Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships with potential couriers, ensuring they meet partnership criteria, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
What You Will Do City Expansion and Densification: Travel to cities with a shortage of couriers to increase the active courier base.
Strategically identify areas for densification and implement plans to enhance courier coverage.
In-Person Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential couriers to communicate the benefits of partnering with Uber Eats.
Evaluate and engage with decision-makers to build a robust network of reliable couriers.
Document Collection and Account Activation: Assist couriers in uploading required documentation to the platform.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process, guiding couriers until they are successfully activated on the Uber Eats platform.
Calling Campaigns: Develop and execute calling campaigns to attract new couriers, especially in cities where in-person visits may not be optimal.
Assist with courier accounts that have specific problems or document issues.
Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall courier acquisition process.
Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of courier acquisition efforts.
Professional Development: Report directly to the Courier Operations Team Lead, who will provide support for your professional development and career advancement.
Continuously improve strategies for courier acquisition and onboarding.
Basic Qualifications Persuasive Skills: Ability to inspire potential courier partners and convey the advantages of joining the Uber Eats courier network.
Goal-Oriented: Track record of surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition goals.
Go-Get-It Attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience: In sales, with a focus on in-person engagement and acquisition.
Innovative Approach: Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies for engaging and acquiring new couriers.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
