Job Summary The Guest Services Team Leader reports to the Guest Services Manager and provides a very high level of guest service and satisfaction to our valued guests of the hotel. The ideal candidate must: Have a minimum of three (3) years experience in a Junior Management position or similar capacity. Possess a Supervisory Management certification from a reputable Institution. Have experience in Sales/Guest Relation or Customer Service, preferably in the hospitality industry. Be able to prioritize Guests' needs and offer exceptional Customer Service. Have excellent Time Management skills. Have outstanding Human Relations and Problem Solving Skills. Possess excellent Leadership and Motivational Skills to manage a dynamic Team. Be able to communicate well at all levels. Have a high level of computer literacy; knowledge of Resort Data Processing (RDP) Software would be an asset. Be innovative, creative, and have a hands-on approach to Management; must be able to "think on one's feet." Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Be talented and creative, including detailed wedding planning and attention to details and special requests. Have positive work ethics and attitude.
