These activities include but are not limited to supporting the Strategic Sourcing Process (SSP) execution through regional and/or local agreements, negotiations, supplier selection/development, and contract management.Reports to: You will report to the Country Group Procurement and Logistics Leader South-West, within our O-I European Procurement Organization.Your responsibilities:Analyze business needs to develop robust sourcing strategies aligned with the stakeholders supporting the short and long-term business objectives: performing financial goal attainment and developing supplier relations, including quality and service level agreements and follow-up; Build a team of engaged, motivated, and dedicated procurement professionals (2 direct reports), leading to a better-performing organization; Optimize material and supplier portfolio contributing to the reduction of TCO; Lead identified improvement projects; Contract lifetime management; Develop and maintain supplier relationships with the objective of reducing costs and increasing company profitability
