We are currently seeking a Country/Regional Sales Manager to join our French team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital solutions for advertising spaces. This is a freelance position with remuneration based on success, offering 20% on any contract. There are opportunities for growth and development within our company.

You will join a sales team located in France and take responsibility for our sales activities in Spain.
Position: Regional Sales/Country Manager
Location: Spain, anywhere, remote
Employment Type: Freelance
Remuneration: 20% on contract distributor
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Detect new potential partners and help them improve their skills to become part of our core sales network.Prepare formal proposals and presentations, present to all levels of the organization including executives, lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and close sales in a professional and effective manner.Manage and develop significant key partner relationships. Facilitate executive-level relationships between the customer and its partners, including communication on strategic and tactical issues.Research and develop lists of potential customers within an organization; regularly follow up on leads and act to close deals.Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service; understand the strategies, goals, and objectives of named accounts.Develop strategies for sustained management and success of the business and coordinate resources to ensure goals are met.The position has a strong international dimension.Act as the primary point-of-contact for named enterprise accounts, maintaining high-level executive contact and focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in English, both oral and written.Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).Prior experience in digital solutions for at least 3 years.Understanding of company needs and product development.Self-motivated and gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.Strong problem-solving abilities and logical analytics.Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.Able to work independently and as part of a team.BENEFITS: Remuneration: 20% of all contracts signed.Be part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.Willingness to travel in France for training, to meet interesting counterparts and learn about the company culture.If interested, don't hesitate to send us your CV!
