Job Title : Country Payroll Analyst (Spain) Location : Madrid, Spain (hybrid, onsite 3 days per week) Notes: This is a three month initial contact starting ASAP, you ideally should already be set up as a freelancer.

Join us to ensure accurate and timely salary payments, tax compliance, and seamless benefits administration for our employees in Spain.
What You'll Do : Manage monthly payrolls, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions in line with Spanish labor laws.
Oversee employee benefits like meal vouchers, pension plans, and health insurance.
Calculate and remit taxes and social security contributions to the appropriate authorities.
Support employee queries about payroll and manage accurate data records.
Collaborate with People and Finance teams for reporting and compliance.
What You'll Need : Deep understanding of Spanish labor laws, tax regulations, and Seguridad Social requirements.
Experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP) and strong Excel skills.
Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
A flexible, team-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
3+ years in a payroll role and a payroll qualification.
