Tasks: Responsible for building up the business and the Envipco team needed to become market leader in Spain.Develop and execute country-specific sales and marketing strategies, identifying the risks and opportunities to the business and recommending strategies to achieve growth and financial goals.Build up and maintain a network with all stakeholders like Retail, NGOs, waste management companies, Governmental organizations, deposit administration organizations, packaging companies, and beverage producers.Responsible for generating and maximizing sales revenue and profitability for the company by meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.Represent Envipco Spain in the international Envipco group and provide input into R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations.Act as the interface between local customers and the European organization, including our production facilities (USA, Germany, Romania, Greece) and our headquarters in The Netherlands.Demonstrate results based on clear KPIs and sales targets, both short and long term.The work will be both strategical and operational.
Key Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Commercial or Technical education.Over 15 years of experience in international commercial roles, preferably in automation, packaging, or retail/supermarket environment.Comfortable with detailed discussions around machinery, logistics, and materials management.Able to build a professional and successful team.Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team for long-term value selling.Excellent analytical and strategic skills and people management.Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English; additional languages like Catalan or Basque are a plus.Strong drive to get things done based on a clear, thorough plan.Able to travel within the country and in Europe.Comfortable representing the company among different stakeholders and governmental bodies.Personality: Sustainability and Circular economy driven.Team player.Able to build long-term business relations.Leadership qualification.Ethical and respectful colleague.Organized and structured approach.Inspirational, open-minded person with excellent communication and presentation skills.We are looking for a positive, proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality with entrepreneurial drive.
