Tasks: Responsible for building up the business and the Envipco team needed to become market leader in Spain.
Develop and execute country-specific sales and marketing strategies, identifying the risks and opportunities to the business and recommend strategies to achieve growth and financial goals.
Build up and maintain network with all stakeholders like Retail, NGO's, waste management companies, Governmental organizations, deposit administration organization, packaging companies and beverage producers.
Responsible for generating and maximizing sales revenue and profitability for the company by meeting or exceeding our ambitious sales targets.
Represent Envipco Spain in the international Envipco group and give input into R&D, Supply Chain and Operations.
Act as the interface between the local customers and the European organization, including our production facilities (USA, Germany, Romania, Greece) and our headquarters in The Netherlands.
This role reports into the VP Business Development EMEA, who is based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.
Demonstrate the results based on clear KPI's and sales targets, short and long term. The work will be both strategical and operational.
Key qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Commercial or Technical education
> 15 years of experience in international commercial roles, preferably in automation, packaging, or retail / supermarket environment
Comfortable with detailed discussion around machinery, logistics and materials management.
Able to build up a professional and successful team
Lead, coach and develop the commercial team for long term value selling
Excellent analytical and strategical skills and people management
Native language Spanish and Fluent in English. Additionally languages is a plus, like Catalan, Basque.
You have a strong drive to get things done but based on a clear thorough plan.
Able to travel in the country and in Europe.
Comfortable to represent the company amongst different stakeholders and governmental bodies

Commercial skills, long term account management based on value proposition.
Able to identify opportunities and close deals.
Able to report clearly to management on plans and achievements.
