Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including customer support, marketing campaigns, and partnership development. Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, social media channels, and community events. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the local team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 10 years of experience in marketing and/or business development. Prior experience as a crypto country manager or in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the Spanish market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
