TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:Controlling all issues for Cargolux Airlines in Spain; (Administration, Sales,Cargo and Flight Operations)Ensuring all Cargolux policy and procedures are followedRepresenting Cargolux with the local cargo association and our vendorsReporting market intelligence on competition, rates and interlineMaintaining close contact with customers and resolving customer complaintsPromoting Cargolux' presence in the local communityMarket developmentContributing to team effortCoordinating with handling agents to ensure high quality customer serviceSecuring CV's financial interest with forwarders, handling agents and Government entitiesMonitoring handling agents' performance and recommending changes if necessaryFurther promote CV products Pharma/AVI/Jumbo with our agents in SpainESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:At least 10-15 years of experience in a sales positionMinimum 10 years of experience within the air cargo industry with a major airline or forwarderMinimum 5 years of experience at a senior management levelHave excellent know-how and experience in the air cargo industryHave highly developed skills in interacting with people of various cultural backgrounds, in integrating and building groupsAbility to manage and lead a team in a multicultural environmentExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to deal with ambiguity and change within a fast paced environmentBe able to deal with tight deadlinesBe assertive and able to work independentlyBe fluent in English & Spanish (oral/written)Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)WORKING CONDITIONS:A Certificate of good conduct will be required in case of positive selectionOccasional travel required within the entire Cargolux networkPosition based in Barcelona, Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
