Your missionWe are looking for a true leader to join our company and support our local team in Spain. You will be leading a team of +148 people and will have a management team, leading the Sales, Key Account Management, Success (Customer Care), Marketing and People & Culture (HR) functions. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and have 16 Country Managers as peers. You will drive the market strategy for Spain and run the daily operations. Being an ambitious social impact company, this is about taking our business to the next level, including building a winning team, partnering with both national key accounts and thousands of independent stores, and winning the hearts of consumers through a strong brand.

You have experience being a Country Manager, Managing Director, or General Manager leading teams of +50 people.You have solid experience being a manager of managers.You are a high-growth leader.Skills:
