We are seeking an exceptional professional with relevant experience who is passionate about eCommerce and entrepreneurship.
The new Head of Spain / Portugal will join the Executive Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role heading into the next growth phase.
A successful candidate will build out sales team, oversee growth initiatives and operational improvements within the market.
Experience 6+ years of professional experience relevant experience in eCommerce in the region (marketplaces, eShops, eCommerce Saas Solutions, Fulfilment providers, shipping automation companies etc.)
great understanding of market conditions and industry trendsentrepreneurial mindset and great organisational skillsstrong leadership skills to help guide market leaders and teams to achieve its business goalsexcellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Spanish, knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus)

Tasks scale-up Baselinker commercial activity in the region
build and manage a high-performing local team (support, business development & optionally tech)
