International company located in Bages needs to incorporate COSTUMER & SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER. Be the first contact with customer and suppliers issues coordinating internally the solution and the complete follow-up until it is closed. Attend the customer complaints and questions giving the immediate first answer and corresponding follow-up keeping the contact with customers to achieve the satisfaction level required. Supplier quality assurance and supplier development to reach company targets. Support in internal incidents analysis, creation of certificates and laboratory reports, and team meetings participation.
Roles and responsibilities: First answer to customer/suppliers and support in technical questions.Attend quality claims, 8D report creation, claim register and follow-up.Customer satisfaction targets and KPI response on-time.Support in complaints analysis, team meetings participation and quality reports creation.Visiting frequently customers to achieve Quality standards.Audit periodically suppliers in order to assure quality level helping them to innovate and develop their processes.Attend customer visits and quality audits.Customer Claim cost negotiation.Support in homologation reports (PPAP) and metrology tests. Education and experience: Technical engineer.2-3 years experience in automotive industry in similar position.Knowledge in Automotive Quality and ISO & IATF standards.Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Skills: Good communication skills written and verbal.Motivated, responsible, well-organized, and rigorous.Friendly and customer oriented.Stress resistant and can act as "front line warrior."High level of team spirit and collaboration.Proactive and dynamic.Negotiation skills.Problem solving methodology.Is an active listener and can detect real customer needs.High level of rigor and organization.Persistent and tactful.Can deal with problems and complaints in a pragmatic and well-balanced way.Open to travel frequently (national and abroad). Language requirement: Fluent in Catalan/Spanish and English spoken and written.French/German valuable.
