The PMO MED (project management office) provides support to CPX (Customer Project Execution) in MED countries. Follow up the implementation of processes, achieving efficiencies that have a direct and positive impact on the results of projects. The main purpose is to improve the Contribution Margin, Cash, and Revenue KPIs.
