About the job In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Head of Global Retail Architecture Operations & Costs Management. Your responsibilities include the coordination of the Retail Architecture procurement processes as well as the sourcing and supplier strategies.
Your main duties will be the following:
Contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals of the material groupSecure the optimum procurement process of the material group Retail Architecture Price, quality, timeframe, logistics for predefined services and productsSecure the optimum availability of material and servicesSupport on the onboarding of all new suppliers supporting the New Store Concept (Wonderlux)Give support to Local Retail Architecture teams by ensuring all suppliers follow Swarovski's needs when it comes to material certification, assembly, installation manuals, local regulations while ensuring process is consistent across all suppliersEnsure stock levels and material order is aligned to Rollout needs in the marketsProvide full procurement support during Flagships, Pop Ups and special projects implementation process (samples, adhere to local regulations, etc.)Maintain supplier relationship management about qualifying and selecting appropriate suppliers, ensure an adequate supplier baseNegotiate, conclude and maintain local supply agreements, support local contract negotiations and supplier life cycle managementMake use of the Procurement Systems (SAP) and ensure the compliance with itSupport and Manage the different Tender (Construction, Facility Management, Flagships, Pop Up and regular store sourcing)About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
