Role Description:
Arcadis is looking for a Sr Cost Manager to join our Cost Management team in Madrid, ES.

Role Accountabilities:
As a member of our Cost Management team, the tasks to be performed include:

Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow.Preparation of tender documentation and evaluation, review, and validation of Contractor estimates.Advise on contractual matters.Identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks.Monitor Contractors to ensure compliance with the Contract.Validate claims for change on the scope of works and agree new value.Monitor delivery of the Contractor's services & works to ensure that costs are in line with forecasts.Undertaking cost analysis of works or services delivered.Post-contract administration and management - contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report.Provide financial progress reports. Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Construction Management (Building Surveying) or Architecture; M&E engineers are also welcome.
- +10 years' post-BSc qualification experience with a minimum of 5 years in Cost Management Department.
- Full professional English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and software relevant to job functions (AutoCad, Presto, Project, REVIT, BIM).
- MRICS or equivalent will be an asset.
- Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverables to team and client expectations, in compliance with our business quality systems.
- Engagement with and adoption of the Arcadis Way and Arcadis core values.
