We are currently seeking a Cost Estimating Engineer, reporting directly to the Cost Estimating Manager team based in Madrid - España.
About The Role: Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
Analyze the bidder requirements.Coordinate with other departments to collect all relevant data for bill of quantities and firming up costs.Prepare the cost estimates, overall cost summaries, cash flow analyses, and exposure assessments.Prepare detailed price breakdowns for the proposal manager for submission.Update and maintain the data bank to ensure accuracy and reliability.About You: We would like to hear from you if you meet the following essential requirements:
Proven experience in project engineering within the oil and gas sector.At least 3 years of professional experience in engineering, process, and cost control, with a basic understanding of project control principles, including estimating, management, and project reporting.Flexible, meticulous, and well-organized in your approach to work.Enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and proficient in using Excel.
