Cost Controller

JOB DESCRIPTION OF: COST CONTROLLER Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or any related field.

At least 3-5 years solid experience in the construction field and relevant professional experience as a Cost Controller.

Depth perception and advanced knowledge in Project Management, Cost Analysis, Financial Statements, Cost Estimation, Variance Analysis, Cost Data, Project Budget, and Cost Management Process.

Directly reporting to the CEO/President and full collaboration in the Project Team to establish budgets, coordinate plans, manage change, and risk.

Ability to forecast results, measure progress, report status, and plan to achieve completion targets.

Know how to minimize deviation from the budget and ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget.

Highly dedicated to verifying costing with vendors and suppliers, estimating expenses for tools, equipment, and manpower costing analysis.

Recommend cost-saving measures and financial analysis to upper management.

Know how to modify and reduce costs and be involved in the creation of budgets for each project cost center.

Know how to correct and formulate actual and cost-controlling expenses by managing budget vs. actual variances for each project cost center and profit center.

Oversee the financial course of one or more projects and know how to prepare the required budget.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
