Requisites Must have a strong Cost systems background and excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles with attention to detail Computer Literate – Strong Microsoft Office Skills (MS Excel in particular & familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Experience with accounting software Self-motivated and able to multi-task Strong time management and organizational skills Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information Strong Financial & general ledger accounting knowledge Interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills Job Description Responsible for performing cost analyses and preparing budget reports- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for submission to management Making estimates of new and proposed service costs Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of services.
