Clinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc.) Human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology) School and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy) Giunti Psychometrics commits to offering clients high quality, innovative scientific tools and services meeting the needs of Italian clients and those in a range of other European countries.



Posizione: The position will report to the Corporate Ecommerce Director of Giunti Psychometrics Group.

Objective: Creation and development of websites that attract potential customer traffic, convert visitors into clients, optimize performance, and conduct performance analysis. Define the digital strategy for each website and social media, aligned with the overall business objectives.



The candidate will be responsible for:

Management of external agencies and coordination with the corporate web development and marketing team: Coordination of the development and maintenance of websites hosted on Magento, ensuring they meet company standards and are adapted to the specific needs of each market (language, regulations, culture). Planning and tracking timelines and deliverables in collaboration with development, design, and marketing teams. Ensuring compatibility with different devices and browsers. Guaranteeing optimal usability and user experience. Technical SEO and SEO Content: Optimization of website architecture for search engines. Keyword and competitor analysis. Continuous monitoring and auditing of the technical SEO status of all websites to ensure visibility. Creation and management of SEO-optimized content in coordination with the Marketing Directors and managers of each country. Content strategy that includes the creation and optimization of relevant texts, culturally and linguistically adapted to each country, and aligned with local search trends. Coordination with editorial and localization teams to ensure content is effective at a local level. Paid Media: Planning and executing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Budget optimization, audience segmentation, ROAS monitoring, and necessary adjustments. Social Media: Creation and coordination of profiles on different platforms in each country, ensuring that each country has an appropriate presence on relevant platforms, with localized content. Development of content and engagement strategies. Monitoring and analyzing interaction metrics and adjusting social media strategies accordingly. Requisiti: More than 3 years of experience in SEO/SEM management and web development, preferably in multinational environments or with teams distributed across multiple countries. Demonstrable experience in managing complex web projects on platforms like Magento or similar, working with development, design, and marketing teams. Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and SEM strategies, with a proven track record of improving traffic and conversions through web optimization and paid campaigns. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc. Experience in managing external development and digital marketing agencies. Experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and budget optimization and ROAS. In-depth knowledge of social media strategies and managing profiles on platforms relevant to local markets. Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or related fields. A master's degree in any of these areas would be a plus. Ability to work with international teams and in multicultural environments. Analytical and results-oriented profile, with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies effectively. Fluent English (C1 or higher). The following will be highly valued: Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing tools (HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
