For more information, please visit www.alantra.com Job Description: Corporate Venture Capital Advisory Unit As part of Alantra Tech Vertical, the Corporate Venture Capital Unit collaborates with corporates in their CVC strategy, providing end-to-end advice, including deal flow origination, negotiation and execution of the investments, and portfolio management support.
Alantra Tech Vertical is a new business unit comprising tech-related business and capabilities in the areas of AI/data analytics and consultancy, investment banking, CVC, and others. In this highly entrepreneurial and inspiring environment, you will be part of a new team with diverse skills and profiles.
Responsibilities: Lead the interaction with clients on a daily basis, organizing the activity, the deployment of the program, and the reporting.Manage the team and coordinate the activity: deal flow generation & analysis, network development, preparation of investment proposals, negotiation and execution of transactions, portfolio management, and reporting.Collaborate in the identification of new business opportunities and new clients, pitch preparation, and presentation to potential clients, industry analysis.Requirements: 7+ years of professional experience.4+ years in Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital, VC investments roles, or similar.Track record in VC investments and negotiation and execution of transactions.Strong international VC network.Strong team management skills and experience.Language skills in English (at native speaker level) are a requirement.Technology skills and knowledge will be appreciated.Previous experience with clients and communication skills will be appreciated.International background and experience will be appreciated.The highest level of integrity and ability to act as a role model for our values and business principles.
