We are currently looking for a Corporate Tax Advisor. As a Corporate Tax Advisor, with focus in both national and international markets, you will be a member of the global Tax Department and report to the Tax Manager. You will work closely with the Finance Department on all tax affairs of the Desigual foreign companies.Your role will entail: Direct taxationProvide tax advice and support on various HQ business projects to other functional areas within the Group, being the point of contact for other departments and external advisors/providers.Manage daily tax affairs in all the countries where the Group has its presence, with a strong international market focus.Prepare and/or review CIT provisions and the tax section of the Annual Accounts of both the national and the international subsidiaries, mainly in Europe, but also in NAM and Asia.Give support on the tax compliance process of all our international foreign subsidiaries working closely with our Administration department and external Big 4 service providers.Dealing with local tax advisors when their support and/or advice is required.Coordinate income tax audits, working closely with tax advisors.Leadership with tax planning, tax risk and providing tax strategy for the Group.Analyse and evaluate strategic and operational decisions versus corporate and tax regulations for all Desigual entities.Improving and implementing global processes across the organization to ensure tax obligations are met.Reacting efficiently to global legislative changes and creating systems and processes to ensure compliance.This person would be involved with digitalization and technology projects amongst other responsibilities.You are the person we are looking for if you have: MSc degree in Economics, Law or Direct Tax.3+ years of professional practice in multinational companies and preferably experience in international tax firms.Experience with other European tax jurisdictions outside Spain.Experience across corporate tax, indirect taxes, international tax, transfer pricing
