Today, we serve over 100 destinations in 18 countries, actively consolidating our position among the top European airlines in the industry.We are hiring a Corporate Strategy Director who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.What you will do:Design and execute strategic plans with risk assessments.Analyse performance and recommend strategic adjustments based on changing needs.Lead and manage the corporate strategic team.Collaborate with top management and stakeholders to build strategic consensus.Identify and evaluate new business initiatives for growth.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.Develop and maintain frameworks and tools for strategic planning and analysis.What you will need:+7 years of previous experience in a consulting role – preferably with aviation clients.A good track record in successfully using strategy for reducing costs and/or increasing profitability.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.Ambition and drive: The role is ideal for high-performing individuals who are hungry for success.Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Spanish a plus.
