MISSIONEnsure an optimal management of mandatory knowledge and necessary skills for various business areas, with a special focus on technical training programs leading to business productivity, ensuring its transmission and development in collaboration with corporate and local HR teams worldwide.GENERAL FUNCTIONSIn collaboration with business, conduct learning and skills needs assessments in different technical areas to determine priorities and recommend comprehensive training and development plans at an international level identifying knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.Co-design, develop and oversee training programs adapted to the identified gaps. Develop learning paths for selected position(s).Partner with local HR teams worldwide to coordinate their input and design relevant TD solutions to meet the business needs.Identify and implement the best techniques, methods and channels to reach the training objectives. Create related manuals, guides when needed.Update relevant TD global policies and processes if required.Evaluate different training methods and identify / engage internal instructors / trainers to deliver the knowledge at a worldwide level.Facilitate train the trainers when needed.Ensure the trackability of training activities at a worldwide level. Monitor learning indicators to assess the impact of the actions.Review continuously skills / competency framework and consider relevant market, society, and technology trends with impact on TD.Support the creation and monitor the training budget and associated costs; maintain records and reports of expenses. Deliver support and collaborate on local and corporate audits.Be open and ready to deliver and moderate workshops, training and learning activities oneself.Observe FICOSA's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.Lead the reporting according to the main corporate KPIs of the area if requested.Coordinate and monitor indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of corporate actions.Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving of the OHSE & Quality.POSITION REQUIREMENTSAcademic background :University degree in human resources, psychology, business or other related disciplineLanguages :Fluent English (spoken & written)Experience :Minimum of 5 years in a similar position (training design and delivery, HRBP) in an international environment , preferable worked in manufacturing, engineering operations.Key qualifications : Experience in designing, managing and implementing effective training and development initiatives for all levels of staff.Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.Proficient at using a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.Fondness for tools, data and metrics and willingness to use KPIs and data insights to measure the impact of training and drive developmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) and related software.Experience from working in Success Factors or other HRIS is an advantage.OTHER SPECIFICATIONSAdditional training : Knowledge in other HR areas would be of additional valueTravel : Willing to travel#J-18808-Ljbffr
