Morgan Philips, a renowned global recruitment and HR consulting firm, is in search of an exceptional Corporate Senior HRBP with a focus on Talent Management for a prestigious Multinational Company. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a 360 HR position, emphasizing Recruitment, Culture, Learning & Development. As the Corporate Senior HRBP, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of talent acquisition, recruitment, culture, internal communication, training, development, budgeting, KPIs, HR controlling, CSR, and employee relations. Also, you will be in charge of the talent management area as expertise. Reporting directly to the CHO, you will also have the exciting chance to collaborate closely with the business in different countries. Responsibilities: Execute talent management strategies to acquire and develop top-tier talent. Ensure the seamless execution of the Brand EVP throughout the employee life cycle, fostering a positive employer brand image. Take charge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all brands and positions, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires. Provide expert HR guidance to managers, challenging them when necessary to foster growth and drive performance. Offer day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions. Identify training needs aligned with individual and business requirements, implementing an annual training plan. Collaborate with the Employee Relations Manager to address and resolve any employee relations issues. Foster strong work relationships, improve morale, and enhance productivity and retention by working closely with management and employees. Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring fairness and adherence to HR policies. Provide strategic input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. Play an active role in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with guidelines and business needs. Stay updated on industry trends and suggest innovative HR strategies aligned with the Group's vision. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Proven 8+ years of experience in an HRBP position, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR practices. Strong background in Talent Management, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. International experience is essential, showcasing your ability to thrive in a diverse and multicultural environment. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication across stakeholders. Work location: Madrid, a vibrant and dynamic city serving as the gateway to Iberia.
